Shipping Policy

The Red Contemporary contracts with an independent third-party company that is fully insured to ship all purchased items. This ensures that your art is delivered to you promptly and in pristine condition. This shipping cost varies based on the proximity of the destination from Atlanta, Georgia, therefore it is important to note as a buyer that shipping is not included in the purchase price of any piece on this website.  

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification regarding the shipping process and when your order has shipped. 

The Red Contemporary makes every effort to ensure items are processed on time. However, The Red Contemporary is not responsible for delays that are outside of our control, including, but not limited to, high volume of orders, weather delays, or postal service problems. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES


We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs for the delivery and return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@theredcontemporary.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


Are all pieces original?

All pieces are original, abstract expressionism, acrylic on canvas.
